Life story : Ok, so where do you start with these things then? From the beginning I suppose...
Born in 1981 to a Dwarf and a Giant, I have grown up (and slightly out - although that is reducing... Honest!) to be the fine specimen of man that I now am...
My education (yes I am edumacated) started in Dumbarton House School, Uplands, and moved to Bishop Vaughan Comp in Morriston... I stayed in comp to have a stab at A'Levels, though came away with just one - a "D" in French if I remember correctly... Lets just say that the pool table and radio station were more of interest to me than studying!
Education finished, I left the shores of the UK for a year to travel around Australia... Having nicked the bar jobs of a few aussies (makes a change I know...), I then came home to find my house gone... Well, the house was there, but my 'rents had decided to retire and head north to the Lake District (check out their website in the "Links" section of this site to see the area they live in...) So I now live with a couple of mates in Swansea while I try to earn enough money to get my own place!
Hobbies wise, I enjoy computers (mainly gaming though!), fitness (cycling & football), and music... I absolutely love my music, and have over 7 days worth of continuous music on my pc alone! I used to get involved in Hospital Radio as well as a small time DJ gig at a local bar, so managed to build up a decent collection of music... One day I intend on returning to DJing, but for the moment my 2 jobs, family & friends, and driving take up too much time to DJ as well! Watch this space!
As far as my taste in music goes, I have a wide interest... My fav "genre" is rock/indie, but I also like a lop of Hip Hop, Drum n Bass, Pop, and the odd Classical piece... My fav band is Linkin Park (an american Nu Metal group for those not in the know), and fav artist is Kate Rusby... I assume you won't know who she is, but worth checking out... Although I will warn you she's a folk musician... Oi, stop laughing!
My main source of distraction at the moment though is the World-Famous Swansea City FC! The Mighty Jacks are currently doing well in League 1 (old money Division 2 - even older money Division 3), having just narrowly missed out on promotion to the Championship in a penalty shootout in the final - this after being promoted the previous season as well! A season ticket holder for 4 years now, I have my own seat in the marvelous "Liberty Stadium" just past the half way line with fantastic views! I sometimes take my camera to the games with me, so check out my Gallery section, if you are interested, for random match and player pictures from the last few seasons... I also tend to make at least half a dozen away trips a season too, and the pics from those are also in the galleries...
Well I can't really think of much else at the moment, but I'll update this page every now and again if I think of anything I've missed out...
